Please Read Our Policy And Terms Before You Order!  All Hats On The Internet Have No Minimum.  You May Purchase Just One Hat.   Wholesalers Have A 7 Hat Minimum.

A Licensed Buyer For A Department Store Or A Boutique

Wholesalers must have a valid wholesale license before ordering. We will verify all resale license before we establish your account and  process your order.  First time orders must  purchase a minimum of  seven hats (No Exceptions)

A special 10% discount will be added if you purchase seven hats or more.  The second time order , you may you are allowed a three hat minimum.

For additional  AB stones, a charge of  $35 or more will be applied.

Scruples Originals hat crowns are sized from 22 ½  inches in diameter to 22 ¾.

Please call for custom hat size.

Hat are sized according to style.

All Returns

All tags must still be attached and you must call the showroom within 48 hours after receiving your hats.  We do not exchange for a different style nor color. All returns require a return authorization number.  We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package and insure your order for its full value! If your shipment is lost before it is delivered back to us, we are not responsible and no credit will be issue.

Wholesalers And Retailers - Refused Packages

If you are an established customer and your  order is delivered and refused, a 25% restocking and delivery fee will be charged to your credit card.  If you are a new customer you will be charged a 25% restocking and delivery charge when you place your next order. (No Exceptions) No orders will be processed if this issue exists!

Wholesalers And Retailers - Checks

If you have a established account and your check has cleared your/e order will be processed.  If you want your order to process faster please use a credit card.

Wholesalers And Retailers - Refunds

Refunds are given in the form of store credit ONLY. We do not issue refunds for shipping & handling.

Wholesalers And Retailers - Legal Agreement

This is legally binding.  We have the right to refuse any order.  Hats can not be return unless damaged. In the case of a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and we will repair the item or issue a credit towards your next order. Please Call Scruples Originals Showroom For Available Hats and Colors.
